Cancellation of Trips - Refunds
Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic it is not possible for pupils to go on the planned trips to Great Potheridge and Normandy. We know this is very disappointing. It would have been wonderful to just rebook a different date, but at the moment none of us knows when school will be returning to normal.
Because of this we think it is only fair to return the money you paid, in full.
Please be patient, this is a large task for the Admin Team to co-ordinate and we are all working from home.
All refunds will be issued in the form of a cheque which will be payable to the main carer of the pupil. If the main carer was not the person who paid for the trip, please advise us accordingly by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org before FRIDAY 24TH APRIL.
Our target is to get all refunds processed by 30 April 2020.
