Welcome to Year 6

 

On this page you will find our termly learning overview. I will also be posting photographs of experiences, learning and examples of pupil's work.

 

Please do contact me through the class email if you have any questions.

Please remember our class will be swimming on Tuesday and have PE on Thursday, pupils will need to come into school in PE uniform only on Thursday, which is a white t-shirt, black shorts or leggings/jogging trousers. 

Please ensure pupils have their school jumper and a coat, a water bottle and their reading record with them each day.

Autumn Term Two - The North and South Pole

Autumn Term One - World War Two

World War Two Artefacts from Home - Pupils were invited to research their family history in connection to WW2 and we had some amazing pieces brought in, so impressive we decided to make a display to celebrate them.

Anderson Shelter DT Project - over two days pupils researched the origins or Anderson Shelters, planned out a scaled down version, worked in teams to build the model and evaluated the project.
