• School Closure - Friday 18th February 2022

  As a result of the weather warning in place for tomorrow, 18^th February, Castle School will be closed for the safety of pupils, families and staff.  This is in line with many of the schools across the county.

   

  We will be putting home learning onto the school class pages from 9.00am tomorrow. If you have any questions regarding the home learning please contact your child’s class teacher directly via email, teachers will be available all day.

   

  If you are unable to access any of the online learning please encourage your child to read, practise tables, spellings.  Look out for emails from your child’s class teacher as there will be additional activities included.

   

  Thank you for your continued support.  Please stay safe and enjoy your half term holiday.

• Non-Pupil Day - Change of Date

  Change of Non-Pupil Day

  Unfortunately, we are having to change one of our non-pupil days in this year’s school calendar.  The reason for this change is to allow for external trainers to work with all the staff across the school.  Part of our Castle values is lifelong learning and we as staff, are always striving to learn more and to improve the educational experience for all children who attend our school.

  We will be moving the non-pupil day from 6^th June 2022 to the 3^rd May 2022.

  If any family has already booked a holiday using the old dates, please contact the school with proof of booking made prior to 14^th February 2022.

  If you have any further questions or concerns regarding this, please feel free to contact us.
