e-safety

At school we keep children safe online by using a strong web filtering system, staff awareness and vigilance, and ongoing e-safety education via assemblies, workshops from partner agencies and class teaching. We also do not allow children to access personal tech or social media platforms while in school.

For parents, things can become more challenging….

The digital world is forever evolving and changing and while the internet is a fantastic resource for children to access, it can be difficult for parents to keep up with the latest trends and apps, making it hard to support their children in keeping themselves safe online.

Below is a list of links to useful websites where you will find advice, information and support.

  • Think You Know is the education programme from NCA-CEOP, a UK organisation which protects children both online and offline. Here you will find some great resource and activities for both parents and children.
