Here is our learning for today.
Please remember to join your live lesson at 9.15 am to share a class assembly. There is an optional time of 11.15 to catch up on any questions you have for the learning so far.
Welcome to a new week; the last of this half term!
I am outlining below an overview of the learning for the week.
We will be continuing with our study of writing information texts. This week we will focus on the structure of a paragraph and in particular on how we open sentences. Then children will create their own rare and undiscovered species to write their own text about.
We will consolidate our learning around multiplication. We will begin the week with further practising multiplying 2 and 3 digit numbers by 2 digits and will move on to using our understanding of multlication to solve a variety of maths puzzles.
We will continue with some learning around biomes and climate before reviewing all that we have learnt this term about the human and physical geography of South America. We will also continue with our Spanish learning focussing on numbers and how to say our age.
Please remember it is important to keep active, especially as we are all spending so much time at home at the moment. On Monday and Thursday, specific tasks will be shared. Please have a go or you could try some of Joe Wicks' workouts on youtube.
