Welcome back to the second half of the Spring Term and what is hopefully our penultimate week of remote learning before we are all reunited in class on 8th March. I hope you have all enjoyed a break from school work and are refreshed and ready for the new half term!
This week in English we will be completing our work on non-chronological reports about animals and their environments. We will be completing our own texts and also looking at others with a focus on vocabulary use.
We are going to build on our knowledge of place value by revising negative numbers, ordering numbers, comparing numbers and partitioning numbers.
We will continue to learn more Spanish!
Don't forget to listen to our 'Three Pieces That...' this week. There are some rather interesting ones! Let me know what you think about them.
This week you will be finding out about three important concepts in the Hindu religion; samsara, moksha and karma.
We will be getting ourselves ready for some science learning when you come back so revising some work on electricity. It will be electrifying! (Oh dear...)
Please remember the importance of keeping your reading, spelling and handwriting practice up to support you with returning to the classroom.
